A juvenile blackbird, probably male, was visiting the area below my balcony a rainy day. Looking for a meal I suppose.

Great shots, I do not see the Blackbirds around here often. Happy weekend to you!
ReplyDeleteHello!:) Yes, I think it's a young male,...we see them every day in our garden. They usually eat from the ground, but also fly up to our feeders to eat. You were right about the Stonechat being a juvenile.:) Enjoy your weekend.
ReplyDeleteNice to have some bird activity as you sit on your balcony...attractive bird. Our 'blackbirds' are grackles and they become a nuisance oftentimes. "over population" I suppose.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing this link too.
How beautiful they look with a few colored leaves scattered about!
ReplyDeleteWe have one of these nesting in the garden - or possibly 'had' as she has been missing for a few hours!

Your little birds are so cute!
