Note that cool little crest on it´s head. This bird is new to me and two days ago I only got one bad shot at it. Now I got several shots that´s OK. This place is not really good for photography. Too much trees and bushes makes it hard to get good shots. :)

I was quite happy to find this little fella at the feeder in the forest today. I have not seen it for several years now. Sadly enough it was rather late so the light was bad. But I am glad I got some shots of it. :)

The female is slightly lighter in colors then the male.

I heard so much noise from the tower overhang above me so the pair probably had nestlings up there.

Jag har läst att stjärtmesarna sällan kommer till fågelmatning då de egentligen äter insekter. Men i år är det tydligen så kallt att de får ta vad som bjuds. I mina ögon är de de sötaste fåglar vi har.
I have read that the long tailed tits rearely comes to feeders as they mainly eats insects. But this cold winter they seem to have to take whats offered. In my opinion they are the cutest birds we have.

Yesterday was the first sunny day in weeks. I was happy to be able to go out and take some images. This is the Blue Tit (Blåmes), a common bird at my location. Small and beautiful.
