This is the four species of wagtails  I have seen in Sweden. The last one was a rare one and the only time I have seen it. Ever! 

The White wagtail is always here. First to come in spring and the last to leave. 

 The Yellow wagtail is here only in spring migration. Stops for a week or so, then head up north somewhere. This time it was only two birds, not sore if it is a pair or two males.

 Today I share some images of the Yellow Wagtail. They were taken in May 27. But not published yet. They had only arrived to Sweden at the time. I think it is a pair.

A flock of them only paid a short visit to feed. There was at least 40 of them. Flying over the field. But these took a break in the trees.

 Sädesärla - Motacilla alba - white wagtail

A bird that is the early arrival and stays the longest. Everyones favourite!

Trip to Öland 120502 Bejershamn

Havsörn - Haliaeetus albicilla - Sea Eagle / White-tailed Eagle

I was greeted by this beautiful Sea Eagle almost as soon as I arrived at the island Öland. 

I started birding at Bejershamn about 5 miles south of the bridge between Kalmar on the mail land and Öland. 

Grågås - Anser anser - Greylag Goose

The Greylag goose already had chicks. 

Gravand - Tadorna tadorna - Common Shelduck

This duck was searching for food and it´s companion at the shoreline. 

Gulärla - Motacilla flava - Yellow wagtail 

On the other side of the path was some wagtails looking for food. 

And lastly, today, just because I like it. A shot of some waders. But I don´t know who.

This particular wagtail seem to like it in the north. I´ve never seen it where I live so it was a nice sighting.
