I am always happy when the terns arrive in spring. I love everything about them and love trying to catch them in flight. They are quick and a challenge to capture. Today however they stayed put on the poles in the company of a little wagtail. Next time, maybe, I get some fun. :)

I am like you ... I love the Terns. They are so sleek and beautiful especially when they are flying. I know the name is Common Tern, but they are anything but common. Love these and hope you do get some shots of them in flight :)
