A pair of Northern Pintail was feeding at Knutstorp today. It is open ground down hill but I could get rather close before they took off. But I think it was the Lapwings that alerted them, not me.

Wonderful photos. Northern Pintail is a very beautiful bird. It is not a very common here in Finland.
