As my present world is almost clean of birds I continue with my Scottish birds. This Northern Fulmar is really special seen up close. It was a surprise to me.

Images from my visit to Stape Island in June 120626. In the last image the bird in the middle has an egg below it´s wing.   Did not see it until now. :) The markings at the eyes means it is breeding plumage.

Walking close to these birds on Staple Island in June last year was a real joy. A lovely seabird in the alca family.

 Met a small family of Long Tailed Tits when I was on my way to the supermarket. It was already darkening but I manage to capture this little curious one. It obviously is curious about me and what I am doing.
