Fisktärna - Sterna hirundo - Common Tern
NF Photo 110506 suddenly a lot of them appeared. Usually there are mostly gulls at that location. So I was a bit surprised.
NF Photo 110506 just arrived from the south.
NF Photo 110506 the best shot I have from this one. And I think I found it´s nest. :)
NF Photo 110507, it was just outside the car. Had to lean out the window to take the shot.

Det var väldigt vad du var lyckosam att hitta dessa fåglar. Har nog bara sett Tofsvipa någon gång.

ReplyDeleteIt looks like things are warming up in the North. These pictures are something. I would love to see a harrier one day. I hope you'll be able to get some nesting shots!
ReplyDeleteAll very nice photos and interesting birds but I especially like the terns. We get lots of Common Terns down here in our summer.
