Blåmes - Parus caeruleus - Blue tit

Checking the surrounding, is it safe? Somebody watching? Yea, a woman, but she does not count.

Did I store any food here?

I save it for later.

Blåmes - Parus caeruleus - Blue tit

The color is pretty strong so this is probably a male. I assumed that he was hiding food for bad times in the tree.

  2. That's a beautiful little bird and a great series of photos. It certainly does look cold with the snow around!

  3. Great series of photos, we have not had snow here yet but our feeders will be visited as well when that happens.

  8. I love your thoughts. It never occurred to me that it might be a good thing "not to count" at an opportunity like this. A superb job!Given my vast lack of background in these matters it's not surprising I had never seen Parus caeruleus even in a picture before your wonderful post.
