Some more from Ånn

Rödbena - Tringa totanus - Common Redshank
I have to say, if it wasn´t for those moving red legs I would hardly see the bird.

Brushane, hane i häck dräkt - Philomachus pugnax - Ruff, male breeding plumage
Far out I noticed a Ruff with a different coloring of the plumage from what I´ve seen before.
.
Skogssnäppa - Tringa ochropus - Green Sandpiper
At the edge of the mountain forest this Green Sandpiper sat on a trunk.

Storlom - Gavia arctica - Black-throated Loon
And in the air a Loon came flying.
NF Photo 110615 at Dolparna in Ånn reserve in Northern Sweden

Maybe I shall move up north? Or.... ;( If you like to see shots of the environment please look at Storulvån at the travel blog.

Great birds and sightings. It would be if we could all see each others birds for real.

Love the loon! It looks like a great location to go birding. Cheers!

I love all the shorebirds. Those would all be mega-rarities down this way and I would love to see them all.

It's my first visit here via World Bird Wednesday. I especially like the first on. It's a beautiful composition.

Those birds were trying to hide from you but you were able to get these shots - well done! The Loon in flight is wonderful!
