  2. Really nice image. Sometimes we have to tolerate a twig or two in some of the more images of the less common species. But really, if you didn't mention it, I wouldn't have been distracted by it.

  3. I have never seen a Great Spoted Woodpecker ... so this is a first for me. A wonderfully colorful male. I love the Woodpeckers ... they seem to have a personality of their own. Beautiful shot, Monica ...
