ReplyDeleteThose two are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteEspecially love the Lapwing :)
Very nice! The one feather sticking straight up from the Lapwing's head made me smile.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shots. I love the subtle color changes of the Black-headed Gull. Those gulls are so hard to differentiate for me, especially during their pre-adult lives.
ReplyDeleteThat photo of the Northern Lapwing juvie with that big eye is priceless :-)
It's always interesting to find juvenile birds - but the plumage changes can be very difficult. Great photos!
ReplyDeleteWonderful photos, I love the Lapwing. It is a cool looking bird.
ReplyDeleteExcellent photos! Love the Lapwing!
ReplyDeleteGreat shots, I love lapwings and i love the gull's little head tilt. Id'ing them (especially juvies is SO hard for me!)
