Strömstare - White-throated Dipper, a real pleasure to watch. NF Photo 110302
Trädkrypare - Tree creeper, playing hide and seek. Refusing to show it´s head. But I was so happy to see it. The first I´ve seen all winter. At least one of them survived this harsh winter.

Wonderful birds and photos. The Yellowhammer is pretty, love the colors.
ReplyDeleteWonderful photos. I especially like the one of the yellowhammer :)
ReplyDeleteReally well done. I wish I had seen a tree creeper even that close up. Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
ReplyDeleteI love your dippers! We have plain ol' gray colored American Dippers here. They're pretty cool too, but that white throat on yours is stunning.
ReplyDeleteThat Tree-creeper is certainly not easy to see. I like the photo of the Dipper in the snow - but am glad I am just looking and not living in that cold!
