Gulsparv - Yellowhammer, NF Photo 110304

Strömstare - White-throated Dipper, a real pleasure to watch. NF Photo 110302

Trädkrypare - Tree creeper, playing hide and seek. Refusing to show it´s head. But I was so happy to see it.  The first I´ve seen all winter. At least one of them survived this harsh winter.

  3. Really well done. I wish I had seen a tree creeper even that close up. Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.

  4. I love your dippers! We have plain ol' gray colored American Dippers here. They're pretty cool too, but that white throat on yours is stunning.

  5. That Tree-creeper is certainly not easy to see. I like the photo of the Dipper in the snow - but am glad I am just looking and not living in that cold!
